Peter Weygandt Wine Dinner
The evening will begin with canapés and a glass of Hubert Clavelin in the Courtyard at Cannon Green. At 7:30, guests will sit down together at a reserved table in the restaurant to savor a four-course dinner, paired perfectly with Weygandt “boutique” wines from a variety of vintages and appellations.
About Peter: Since 1987, Peter Weygandt has been an importer of French wines and has gained a national and international reputation for the quality of his selections and his portfolio of top “boutique” French wines. Peter Weygandt Selections are a near constant feature of top wine journals including Robert M. Parker, Jr.’s The Wine Advocate, The Wine Spectator, Stephen Tanzer’s International Wine Cellar, and Burghound, and Peter Weygandt has been mentioned in articles in Time Magazine, The New York Times, and featured in Business Monthly and numerous times in various wine publications, most recently Food and Wine Magazine. Cannon Green will remain open to the public during this event with the regular dinner menu available to guests not participating in the wine dinner.
