GOOD Fest Self-Care Saturday

Let us gather for the GOOD Fest‘s pop-up, Self-Care Saturday! With jam-packed schedules and constant stressors we could all use a little more self-care. That’s why we are excited to welcome keynote speaker, Alexandra Roxo, as she guides us through a workshop to be your most empowered self and leave you feeling refreshed in all areas of your life. Get grounded through meditation and sound bath with the inspiring Charleston local, Elli Richter. A holistic life coach and passionate advocate for self-love, Elli is known to her clients as a healer, spark plug for change and “compassionate bullshit cutter”. Refreshing meditation will be followed by an expert panel led by Jessica MurnaneSarah Frick and Dr. Carrie khoLi on how to nourish yourself through food, movement, and the community you build around you. This enriching experience will also include networking, swag bag of all our favorite goodies, a curated marketplace, and concept lunch + cocktails by Cannon Green.

We’re excited to embark on the path to becoming happier, brighter, freer, and more powerful, and we hope you’ll join us!

Sign Up here for a morning of GOODness and mental empowerment!
