Fel Anderson Valley Pinot Noir
A delicious, fruit-forward wine from ocean-side California, the cool ocean air in the Anderson Valley supports cold climate grapes such as chardonnay, riesling, gewurztraminer, and of course pinot noir. This wine is flavorful yet delicate, and can be enjoyed paired with food or on its own among friends.
On the Nose: Ripe cherry, baking spices, vanilla, subtle notes of leather
On the Palate: Ripe red fruit, slightly dry, touch of mushroom and leather
Suggested pairings: Marries nicely with these dishes on our dinner menu: Wagyu Steak Tartare, Springer Mountain Chicken Breast, and the Creek Stone Beef Medallion
