The Smokey Cuke

The Smokey Cuke is a cocktail made from Montelobos Mezcal, ginger beer, lime, and cucumber juice. The drink is a play on a Moscow Mule, in that it uses a spirit, lime juice, and ginger beer.

The cucumber juice adds a fresh and uplifting flavor to the drink. The cucumbers are juiced in-house, as well. The Moscow Mule is an accessible drink at this time in cocktail culture because it toes the line between a craft cocktail and a drink that can be made at home for a group of friends.
