The Culinary Village

Our Executive Chef, Amalia Scatena, will be serving up some gourmet cuisine at Charleston Wine + Food’s Culinary Village on March 2, 2018. Her featured dish will be Pozole Soup with Anson Mills Heirloom Hominy Corn. Every year, Charleston Wine + Food puts on a week-long festival to celebrate and showcase the best of the Holy City’s chefs, winemakers, artisans, and food enthusiasts. The Culinary Village is the heart and soul of the annual event and takes place all weekend long. It is located in the center of downtown Charleston in Marion Square and is the perfect way to taste all the unique flavors that our city has to offer. This year, the event will take inspiration from Charleston’s old Market Street food hall with its own Gourmetisserie. There will also be an Artisan Market, Corkyard, and Biergarten.
