New Year’s Eve Dinner

Ring in the New Year at Cannon Green! We are hosting a festive dinner to celebrate the start of another wonderful year on Sunday, December 31, 2017. Executive Chef Amalia Scatena crafted a special six-course menu for the occasion. We will also have toast offerings and bubbly cocktails.

Anchovy dressing, soft boiled egg, shaved burgundy truffle

Lobster Tail
Avocado, pickled chili, cilantro, benne seed

Brasstown Beef Medallion
potato purée, crispy Brussels sprouts, bordelaise

Dessert
Butterscotch Budino
Sea salt caramel
